Similar to our standard lamb loin chops, the center-cut loin chops are a convenient and delicious bite of lamb. Cut specifically from the center of the loin and featuring the largest “eye”; the center-cut loin chops are perfectly marbled, providing an incredible texture and consistently tender bite full of flavor. Sold in packages of 3, approximately 0.75-1 pound per package.
